Information you give us
When you send an inquiry, we collect the information in that form: your name, email address, country, phone number, and message. When you request a product guide, we collect your name, email address, the guide requested, and the page or call to action that led to the request.
We use this information to respond, deliver requested material, keep a website-owned submission record, and understand the context of a genuine sales or planning conversation.
First-party Journey tracking
Olavin records high-level website activity such as pages viewed, call-to-action and content interactions, active engagement time, and form start, submission, or abandonment events. This helps us understand which content supports a real inquiry and how a visitor arrived there.
The browser keeps an opaque Journey identifier for up to 30 days. If you submit a form while that identifier is present, a compact summary of the relevant visit is attached to the website-owned submission record. We do not record form field values, keystrokes, or raw click coordinates as Journey events.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics receives aggregate website events only. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, country field values, message content, or other form-field personal information to Google Analytics.
The Meta Pixel receives a smaller set of events: a product page view, a call-to-action click, a form start, and a completed inquiry. We use these to understand which advertising reaches wineries with a real project. Meta is an advertising network and can connect these events to a Meta account, so this is cross-site advertising measurement rather than aggregate statistics. Form field values are never sent to Meta.
Security and delivery
Cloudflare processes website requests and provides bot protection through Turnstile. Product guides are delivered by email through our website service. We use these services to operate the website, protect forms, and provide the material you request.
Retention
Raw first-party Journey events expire after 90 days. The compact Journey summary attached to a submitted form is retained with that website record. We retain inquiry and guide-request information only for as long as needed to provide service, manage a business relationship, meet operational requirements, or respond to a valid data request.
